The title of anything, a product, company, NGO, etc., reflects/tells a lot about its purpose and what it really does. The name of anything is important - it is the name which members of the society remember the most.
A NGO named 'Desert Bloom' and working in underprivileged parts of Africa suggests that it is functioning in dire circumstances to do something absolutely difficult. Any school in such parts where most of the population is illiterate could rightly be called 'A Desert Bloom' because its mission is simply to make the desert bloom...
The GRE test which stands for Graduate Record Examination would mean it measures the level of skills, knowledge of a graduate acquired over the years of academic experience and standadize it against some fixed score.
I understand 'Tube' in 'YouTube' could mean a television, and 'You' a simple pronoun. I'm still finding it difficult to interpret the meaning of the title as a whole. Could you please help me with it? Any opinion?
