Describing

Hello,someone says,"What's he like?" then someone else replies,"Like a god awakened";Does the respondent mean,"Like a god that's awakened" or something?If so then can you share a couple more examples like this?Thank you.

Venom Snake Does the respondent mean,"Like a *** that's awakened" That's what it sounds like, but what is an awakened *** like? The image and idea are puzzling. It sounds like he thinks that gods are normally asleep, or that everybody knows what gods are like when their sleep is interrupted.
