The line chart reveals the seasonal water consumed in four towns. As is shown in the graph, town C is apparently declared as the highest water consumer in all seasons except for Autumn.

According to the statistics, there is a steep fall in the water consumption of the town C from the Summer to Autumn, with a drop from 70 points to approximately 15 points. On the other hand, after falling to the lowest level, town C grows sharply to 45 points in the Winter, which leads it to be the highest water consumer of the four towns again. From the Winter, town C shows a decrease from 45 points to 40 points.

Conversely, town D which is at the lowest grade constantly remains at the position the whole year. There is a downward trend from the Summer to the Winter, from 25 points to 10 points before increasing slightly to 16 points. Town A, starting at a level of 47 points, indicates a similar trend to town D. It reaches 30 points in the spring. Whereas the town B shows a faint fluctuation, it still seems stable enough compared to other cities, from 40 points in the Summer to 30 points in the Spring.
