You guys please help me with my writing. I don't know whether it makes sense or not.

If you don't mind, correct them please. Beside, you can change the order of the sentences so that

the writing sounds more logical. Even you can add some linking words to help with the cohesion and coherence.

If you think the writing should be paraphrased so that it has a good range of vocabulary, it's okay as well.

A very common place where I like to go is Hoan Kiem lake, which is located in the city center, one of the most beautiful and affluent areas of the capital city of Vietnam-Hanoi.

Hoan Kiem Lake interests thousands of local people and foreigners who come here to visit or just go for a walk around the lake. For me, I often come here after a hard day's work, take a seat, feel the atmosphere and get relaxed.

When it comes to Hoan Kiem lake, people will definitely think of the most breathtaking and peaceful place among the busiest city of Vietnam. Yet, among the city where people are always in a hurry, the lake appears to be totally different. Along the side of the lake, people walk at a moderate pace, which is the way to chill out after school or work. Not only does the lake own a wide pavement, but also a lot of trees, flowers and benches as well where people can take a seat for a rest when they get tired because of walking too much. Here people often get to talk together even though just before that they have no knowledge of each other whatsoever. Even children can make conversations using their broken English with foreigners who are on their holiday, on their business trips or live around here. Under the trees, some foreign students are sharing their ideas about some books they've just read.

Hoan Kiem Lake is quite small compared to West Lake. Nevertheless, people hardly resist its charming beauty once you come and visit the lake.
