The graph below shows how money was spent on different forms of entertainment over a five-year period.

Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.

The bar chart above illustrates the stream of cash of which residents spent on media relaxation around the world, especially in two continents: Asia, Europe and one giant country: United State from 1995 to 2000.

First of all, it is undeniable that Americans people paid the biggest amount of money on relaxing, not only at the end of the investigation, but also through out the whole period. To convince this statement, the sum of money budge used in Asia and Europe was even smaller compared to that in the United State in both 1995 and 2000 ($164 and $184 billion in 1995 and the difference decrease to $13 five years later). For more detail, publishing used up mostly money from people in all three regions, take example in the year of 2000, $120 billion was paid by Americans, following by $60 billion of Europe and $40 billion of the remain.

Secondly, people around the world had a tendency to take out more and more money from their pocket for entertaining obviously. The proof is that the rate at which the money consumed on cinema, video, music, publishing and television in Asia and America over the five- year period both went up by approximately 1.3 % while in Europe, the rate was slightly bigger by 0.3%. Moreover, only in case of Europe, a further point of interest is that when other means of entertainment rose in their proportion, the percentage of music declined instead.

Finally, there was a significant increase in the percentage taken up by video, publishing in two regions, Asia and the U.S, they were seemly doubled themselves after 5 years since the start of the analysis. Otherwise, the amount of money paid for cinema remained constant.

Overall, the U.S came up first in all cases. Beside that, publishing always took up the largest amount of money over the five-year period.
