Describe a diagram ( Please help me correct this notebook, thank you )

The diagram blow shows how to Australian Bureau of Meteorology collects up to the minute information on the weather in order to produce reliable forecast. To have exact and reliable weather data, transmitting and processing information play an important role. They must undergo four phases including : incoming information, analysis and forecasting, preparing the broadcast and broadcast.
For the first phase, satellite sent all data received to radar and satellite photos for analysis. After radar got data, it will show all in radar screen and synoptic chart. To complete one synoptic chart not only use information from the radar but also drifting buoy.
After getting satellite photo, radar screen and synoptic chart, all of them are send to server system to process and then prepare broadcast. The last phase, information and data processed will be deliveried to broadcast on TV newsreader, radio and recorded announcement.
