Derisive smile etc. - Acceptable sentences

Hello.

There is a boy in a picture with a derisive smile on his face.

I want to ask my students to describe the expression of his face, with an adjective.

Are the following sentences acceptable?

(1) What would you call his expression?

(2) What would you call his attitude?

(3) I'd call it derisive.

Thank you.
