deposit bailing

Can you please help me with the blue parts? Thank you.

Oil is located in deposit under certain pressure which is in most cases sufficient to force the oil into and through the oil well to the surface. Oil penetrates to the surface as long as the pressure in the deposit is high enough/sufficiently high. By deposit bailing the pressure in deposit lowers and the influx of oil to the surface is decreased. In order to get the rest of the oil from the deposit to the surface, pumps are installed in the oil wells or the gas is introduced under the high pressure. In this way, using secondary methods of exploatation from the existing deposit the oil exhaust is increased.
