Depend on the angle you view it from/at

The colors and shapes you see in the mural "The Heart of the Fountainhead" depend on the angle you view it from. As you walk by it on the street, the pattern appears to change.

Is it the same to say "the angle you view it at" instead of "the angle you view it from" in the above? Thanks.
