"If you could go back in time, what would you do differently?
That’s a good question. What would I do differently? Um..Ok well, if I could go back in time, I would differently spend more time learning English because you know, I never really learned that much when I was younger, and I kind of regret it now because English is very important and I must learn hard to improve my English skills now "

Your second 'differently' doesn't quite work: 'I would differently spend more time ...' I would leave that 'differently' out but otherwise, it all sounded natural to me
