departure times

Hallo.

What do they normally say at the train station or at an airport when they tell you about the time a train or a plane leaves?

Say that the departure time is 19:35.

Do they say: nineteen thirty-five?

Is it possible to hear: twenty-give to eight p.m.?

What happens with 00:25? Do they say: zero twenty-five?

Thank you

Yes, in European civilian airports and in a military context in American English. In American civilian airports, they do not use a 24-hour clock.
