Departmental mail to HR for unpaid employee leave

Hi, i am writhing email to HR department for employee who have already availed his casual and and sick leaves and he have nothing left to take any leave can you please help me to make it more presentable its my first latter to any forum

Hope Fully you are doing good. I am writing this email to inform you about without pay leave of over colleague Abc, who have already availed his all Casual and sick leaves. He has nothing left behind to avail any leave so we are unpaid his leave which he have taken on 28th, march 2015.
