Deny is not a strong verb. It complies with spelling rules of changing the y to i, and then adding -ed..

Ok, I asked this question because for non-native me a sentence 'i will not be denied' seems to be grammatically incorrect.
because Future Continuous = Will be + present participle and in this sentence we have a past participle.

Where I made a mistake?

The sentence is simple future, passive voice. It is not future continuous.

Other examples:

I will not be intimidated.
Usain Bolt is the fastest man in the world. He will not be beaten in the 100-meter dash.

If you want future continuous, then it is the -ing form of the verb.
