Denial of paternity

I''ve been working on the translation of a letter and I would like some help. I know some parts really sound awkward but I don't know waht else to change. Some help wooul be more than appreciated.
In the matter of: Dispute process and paternity investigation No---- of (year)
I, the undersigned, Xxxxxxxxxxx, identified with ID number……. state as follows:
I am an American citizen residing at ----------------. I declare I have been notified of the decree issued on -------- in your office and which states the following:
I declare though named as the father of --------------, born in Atlanta, Ga, on , (date) deny that I am the father of said child.
In regard with the claims of the lawsuit, I request it to be declared thus, I do not object to the claims thereupon, because I am not the father of and I do not provide juridical, economical or civil support for the above-named child.
I hereby state the said child is not my son, as it is written on the divorce certificate, signed alongside with the petitioner,----------, identified with national ID number ---------, issued in -----
