Can I use demolish in that sentence: "Nature cannot fully demolish plastic".

not really, demolish is more used for buildings e.g. "The city council decided to demolish the derelict building." the most common way of saying your sentence would be with the adjective 'biodegradable' e.g. 'Plastic is not totally biodegradable' or possibly with the phrasal verb 'break down' e.g. 'nature can't fully break down plastic' ...hope that helps

You could use it, but I suspect you're looking for a chemical rather than a physical breakdown.
"Decompose" might be a better word.
