Businesses see two types of demands for goods and services: 1) Overseas demands; 2) domestic demands.

Is my sentence OK?
Should demands be singular?

Yes, I think it would be better as singular:

"Businesses see two types of demand for goods and services: 1) overseas demand; 2) domestic demand."

Not that your capitalisation is not consistent: "Overseas" versus "domestic".
