Delta and MA TEFL/TESOL??

Hello there,

I am a grade B CELTA holder, wanna get the DELTA but just not sure whether it is worth it or not!! It costs a fortune!!

Could anyone tell me if there is a course which covers both the DELTA and MA of teaching English at the same time, I came across an ad on internet, not sure about it... please let me know if we have such a course and introduce me the site/country where it's held.
