Delivery, building savings

I had to pay for delivery.

I had to pay the delivery charges.

I had to pay the delivery fees. (Perhaps it should be in singular.)

Could all of these be used? I'm talking about a specific delivery.

Fifty pounds is deducted from my account/ taken from my account every month. It goes to my building savings. (That is an investemnt system in Europe.) Can I say that the money goes to my building savings? The money is on deposit in a building savings bank.

Thank you. I really appreciate your help.
