'deliver' vs 'supply'

Hello friends!

Please tell me which is better in this case and of there is a difference between 'deliver' and 'supply' in this case:

The gas is supplied through pipe lines to Moldova.

The gas is delivered through pipe lines to Moldova.

You can use either one, but the second one focuses more on the gas actually moving through the pipes to Moldova and being received at Moldova, so I would use that one. CJ

Hi:

I would use supply when speaking about a country or a company or something. See the example.
The company supplies gas to Moldova via pipelines.

Here is a sentence using deliver:

Pipelines deliver gas to Moldova.
