Ok, the reason I was asking is that in my language "delicious" is not usually used in a question, probably because its meaning is superlative. You would ask "is it good?" but the answer may be "Oh, it's delicious!". Apparently, it doesn't work like this in English. Thanks.

Well it's definitely not a common question in English. The most common non-leading question is simply: "How is the food?"

I only meant that it is possible to ask "is it delicious?" That's something a family member might ask if they prepared the meal and are wanting a very positive response.
