delete vs remove

Hi,

Do you think delete and remove have the same meaning and interchangeable?If not, what is the difference in menaing btw them?

They are completely different. Delete means to wipe out/erase/obliterate/destroy/remove from existance. It only really gets used with electronic information.

They are completely different.

Delete means to wipe out/erase/obliterate/destroy/remove from existance. It only really gets used with electronic information. You delete a file from your computer.

Remove means to take away/get rid of./move to somewhere else. It doesn't necessarily mean you destroy it - unless you are using it in the sense of 'removes stains'. I've got to remove th
