Delete "have" in "have got"

When can we use "I got" with the same meaning as "to have"? (I know it's just in spoken English)

In "I have got to go" we can omit "have" and say "I got to go".
"I have got a car", can we say "I got a car" with the same meaning both with present tense?
Can we omit "have" in present perfect of "have got"? for example can we write #1 as #2, please?
1."Women used to understand this, but the feminists have got them confused."
2."Women used to understand this, but the feminists got them confused."
