degree or degrees

Could you tell me which one is right between (A) and (B) in the following sentence?
(Of course, the sentence is not ture because water freezes at 0?, not 1?. It is just for my question about 'degree(s)'. Please do not care about its content)
Thank you.

Water freezes at one [ (A) degrees / (B) degree ] Celsius.

How about 0?? Do we have to say "Water freezes at zero degrees Celsius?" Or, Is "Water freezes at zero degree Celsius" also acceptable?
