Definitions for the Present Perfect

Hi teachers,

These are definitions for the present perfect, hope they are all fine, my question is if I can use something different than 'can also express' because I have used the same phrase for 'b' and 'c'.

a) The present perfect can express actions or situations that occurred at an indefinite time in the past.

b) The present perfect can also express the number of times that the actions or situations occurred at indefinite times in the past.

c) The present perfect can also express the frequency of the actions or situations that occurred at indefinite times in the past.

Thanks in advance
