Definitional if-then relationship

Besides, there is already an illegal black market for human organs, and the criminal who run that market don't much care how they obtain those organs, For them bribery is fine, but so are kidnapping and forcing operations on those too helpless to defend themselves. If we legally allow the selling and purchasing of human organs, we eliminate the black market and its often horrifying practices.
