Definition of native speaker

If we were born and studied in England but we are descendants of Chinese migrants, are we considered native speakers?

If you have no foreign accent, and you speak English fluently without even thinking of the grammar and without having to stop from time to time and wonder how you say something in English, then you may as well consider yourself a native speaker. It's more a matter of your deciding for yourself whether you consider English your first language and the language you feel most comfortable using.
