Definition of "filibuster-proof-majority"

Hi there,

I was reading Economics and there was a term I couldn't find in the dictionary.
It would be great if anyone could tell me the definition of "filibuster-proof-majority"

In the US Senate, a filibuster can be voted to an end with 60 votes. So, if one party has 60 seats, they, in theory, could end any filibuster by the minority party.
