Definition for 'Yes, it sure was.'

Hi teachers,
Possible definitions for, 'Yes, that's fine', are 'Yes, that's OK. Yes that's all right'.
Could you tell me which is/are the appropriate definition(s) for, 'Yes, it sure was.'
