Hello everyone,

If I define or describe "twig" as in dictionary, can I use its plural form as follows:

1. Dictionary's definition "twig: a thin, small branch of a tree or bush"

2. My definition "twig:thin, small branches of a tree or bush"

Regards,

JA

Sounds OK. I usually also think of a twig as no longer attached.

The dictionary version sounds much more logical to me.
