Which one is correct?

That would definitely be awesome.

That would be definitely awesome.

Definitely, that would be awesome.

Would you explain, please?

And about using would... It can be used when we are not sure of the result or giving our opinion, am I right?

Many adverbs (and definitely is one of them) are best placed thus: If there is only one verb and that verb is a form of be : after the verb. That was definitely awesome. If there is only one verb and that verb is not a form of be : before the verb.

To my ear..

The first is the most natural in spoken English

The third is also natural if you wish to emphasise - "Shall I wear this?" - "Definitely, that would be awesome"

In the second, some people will dislike the absolute adverb after "be". It is not wrong, but you are making an effect by interrupting yourself - "That would be - or so I think - awesome"
