Defining or non-defining?

Hi there,

Aden is an ancient port city that is located in Southern Yemen.

What kind of clause? Defining or non-defining?

'That' begins a dependent Adjective Clause that is not to be set-off by a comma. To me, it's defining. What do you think?

Thank you.
