Define people of different ages

A person aged 13-19 is called a teenager, what about person of other age ranges? For example, what do you call a man who is 24?

Depending on the culture, this person should either be a young adult or adult. I've found some other terms. Hope they are helpful.

'Teen'ager

mind the endings of the following numbers...

Twelve (doesn't end with 'teen')

(but) Thirteen (ends with 'teen')

Fourteen (ends with 'teen')

..........

Nineteen (ends with 'teen')

thus the agers between Thirteen& Nineteen are called 'Teen'agers'

thanks...
