I don't know whether in Australia people take soup in breakfast or not but in India people take cereals (made from rice wheat or maze etc)in breakfast.For people who go for work in the morning for the whole day, breakfast is one of the main meal for them,and as far as I know most of the other countries in Asia follow this.

Hi, i am from china. I know there are difference between North and South side on breakfast. In north, they eat grist something like streamed bread, but in south side they eat conjee.

People in different places of China have different habit of having breakfeast.

I eat milk, eggs and cakes for my breakfeast, and so do some people. Some of my neighbours eat something traditional such as huntun, cifan and youtiao(Sorry. I don't know how to translate them). In other parts, people may eat something quite differently. It's really hard to say.
