Hi

Can we say " Your deeply felt words left me speechless" to a person who we think has expressed the feelings (about us) deep in his heart?

I think you might be understood, but actually it's saying that you, the speaker, felt the words deeply, not that the person you're speaking to felt them deeply. That's how I read it, anyway.
