vsureshCan we say " Your deeply felt words left me speechless" to a person who we think has expressed the feelings (about us) deep in his heart?I think you might be understood, but actually it's saying that you, the speaker, felt the words deeply, not that the person you're speaking to felt them deeply. That's how I read it, anyway.
