Please tell me if this is OK.

Context: A person encourages his friends to share his thoughts with others.

"Nobody is going to deem it (receiving mails on value education) a trouble or disturbance."

One of the members in my friends' group (internet), asks me if he could share good thoughts with others in the group as well.

'Don't say 'a trouble'.
Say ' a disturbance', but better is eg 'a nuisance'.
'Deem' is OK, but 'think' is more common.
