DEDUCTION OF MY PROCESSING FEE

Please help me to write a request letter for finance department because they are going to deduct now, this month my processing fee and i will pay that for three months, instead of deducting this october, november, and december, i'd like to have my deduction on january february and march, because christmas is fast approaching and i need to save money and send money back home please do help me
