Decribe changing of a city of Stepford

Hi all,

I need your help for my writing - task 1 which I have done recently. Thanks a a lot.

"The maps present the developments that have taken place in the city of Stepford over the course of 50 years starting from 1950.

It is obvious that the city underwent a dramatic transformation over the period, becoming noticeably less green and more built up. In other words, Stepford experienced conversion of rural zone to urbanization.

The only places that remained the same in Stepford over the period were house of worship and the school. The houses scattered all over the city, for example, were replaced with flats. Secondly, the holiday’s spots and the Golf course appeared along the new expressway which was installed for the purpose of great advantage for travelling and transportation. Furthermore, the private houses in the southwest of the city along South Ash Road made way for the hospital and the shopping center along with the airport in the distance.

The zoo, located in the east side of the river was placed next to the park and the playground. It is predicted that the factories will be replaced by wind farms in 2020 in the southeast corner of the city."
