If you are close with your boss and you tell him this, grammatically speaking is it correct and natural?

If you don't decline my request for vacation days, I'll come in to work to help you.

If he's your boss, working for him is your job. You can't bargain with someone to do what you're paid to do anyway. And if you're on vacation, you're not working. Maybe you need to clarify.
