"decked"

In a context which talks about racing fans, I found a sentence that goes "fans arrive decked in their team". I wonder what "decked" means in this context.

It seems that there are two possibilities:
1. decked = decorated
"If something is decked with pretty things, it is decorated with them. (cited: Collins Cobuild dictionary)
2. beaten up or punched in the face
(Urban Dictionary)

Any advice what "decked" means in this context? Thanks in advance

decorated "Decked in", often "decked out in", means "wearing" when talking about people. The usage in your example is strange to me. In my dialect, you can't be decked in your team, you'd have to be decked in your team colors, or your team's jerseys, or your team regalia or something.
