Decisions

-There comes a time when decisions will have to be made, or there comes a time when it's necessary to make decisions. Are these two sentences correct? Are they interchangeable? Would it be possible to put them into a context?

I think they both are correct. I just think that the first one is a little more formal, and the second more familiar. Because of the meaning they are interchangeable, but you always have to think in the context.
