Decision to captialize or not

0Hi,02br

00When you are making a decision to capitalize a certain word or phrase in a paper, what factors do you have to consider? If a word or phrase has some importance to me or to my organization, like we have use it to mean a specific document or that refers to something distinctive in terms of its name value within the organization, can I capitalize it in my writing? Are there any guidelines?02br
