decision making games

I'm looking for 'decision making' or 'scenario' type activities. You know, 'Who shall we throw out of the hot-air balloon?', 'Who shall we take on the spaceship?' etc

. I found some in a book, but these are based on office negotations. I found a couple more (from the internet), but the information about the subjects is long and complicated, I spend the greater part of the lesson explaining Town Councellor, Shop Steward, leftish leanings etc
