Deceptive or Deceitfully

Which one of the sentences below is correct?

1.He has slammed the report as "deceptive."

2.He has slammed the report as "deceitfully."

Deceitfully is an adverb and since the word is telling more information about the verb called "report", isn't the second sentence is correct?
