Decent rate

- Getting accepted into Prescott College was the most exciting thing that happened to me, and I couldn't wait to move. That was before I looked into the cost of living and other expenses. I'm now struggling just to find some kind of job that will pay me a decent rate so I can afford to go.

- "pay me a decent rate" in this situation means "give me a good salary", right?
