deceased and plight

Am I using the words "deceased and plight" correctly?

Your entire poem, especially the line "I can't wait till you come back" would bring back to life even a deceased person. In my case, it armed me with inner strength to combat my transient plight( like health problems).

Thank you for your help

Hello Hope I wouldn't use "deceased" and "plight" in that context. "Deceased" is a slightly technical term, which is most commonly heard in legal contexts. Elsewhere, it has a jocular effect.
