Death to bored

Hello.

Is a phrase "we're death to bored" equal to "we're bored to death"? I've never heard such an odd word order before but I hope you can help me.

It has no literal meaning. It only suggests that the speaker is trying to call attention to his ability to juggle words in odd ways as a way of amusing the listener. Whether the listener is actually amused is another question. Personally, without context I don't find it amusing.
