What expressions do you know concerning death? I mean: "die"

turn your toes up
from Polish: "smell flowers from bottom".....awkward a bit, help me. kick the bucket
Sometimes I am asked for such expressions by my students.

The "high drop" referred to death by hanging (by the neck), also referred to as "having one's neck stretched". "Parson's Green" was a large cemetery in London which was sometimes used as a metaphor for death.
