Dear Theachers I can you help me with the paragraph I wrote, thanks
Establishment of a friendship Maria was in despair when she heard that she and Sudiye had become the subject of much gossip among neighbors and the quarrel between Fatma and my mother. The very next day, she visited my mother. They exchanged greetings and discussed children, family, and acquaintances for some minutes, before she finally worked her way round to the matter she wanted to talk about. “What do you think of the women in this neighborhood?” asked Maria. “In what way do you want me to think of them, please be a little clear on that?” my mother inquired. “You have been with them much longer than I’ve been. So I am pretty sure you must know them better,” my mother explained. “I have been, indeed!” said Maria. “And I reckon there is woman and woman. They are all women enough, but they’re not all the same. And you are truly different from them!” Maria tried to explain. “In what way I am different Maria?” asked my mother. “You are a woman of honor and piety. You always abide your word, keep your promise. I have never seen you gossiping, breaking your word, and lying. Your temper is just like that of soil covering all evil but gave way to praising the good. They are the strains of the same crap, but not you!” said Maria, and continued on, “You are totally different from them. You are much nearer to the like of me. You seem not to belong to them; they seem not to belong to you. It is hard to say if you my meaning. It is wonderful to have you as a friend and a mentor. You have made the real change, a real revolution so to speak, in my life. Before you, I have even not known what should be the good manner of humanity. Now, I am judging you as the scale of good and fair among people. For these women not even tried once in their lives a change for good and nobody seems to want it though. If there is any truth about it, it is right down deep in our hearts; in order to prevail the good spirit, we should, as you did show me, always speak of it, live with it, and breathe with it. This is what you taught me.”
