Dear Sir/Madam please correct my letter which i am writing to professor for fee exemption from participated workshop

I have participated the Pharmacogenomics workshop during the time of Aug 26th to 31st of 2013, at Department of Pharmacology , due to my poor financial status I could not pay fee for workshop so please kindly exempt the work shop registration fee 4500 rupees for me
