Dear All,

As you are aware that, We have implemented new Ticketing system at MKL-Bangalore and Chennai(we are the first plant using Ticketing system at Mindagroup) and using since last 4 Months as trial purpose, in this users can log a complaint, whenever they face any issue like IT related such as SAP related. So that users get solution within a time by alerting automated emailing system through sending to IT Administrator such as user.
Incase if you do not get solution within a time and same will be escalate to next level.it provides a comprehensive and integrated help desk and ticketing system that helps IT Administrator easily manage user’s expectations by providing IT support personnel with the tools so We need to track and resolve issues quickly. Users and support personnel can now interact in real time to report, diagnose and resolve issues without ever having to physically visit the desktop. Also whenever you race any complaint it keeps on your computer always also you will be able to see what the status about issue is whether it’s open/closed. Incase if IT Administrator close the ticket without giving solution same you will be able to reopen such as same can be escalated to your HOD.
I would like to request you to please use this ticketing system, also be informed now onwards this is mandatory to use, if doesn’t use at the time of reporting complaint we won’t be able to attend any issues until unless Ticket is not created.
Note:-Training has already been provided to all the users, incase if you have any difficulty kindly revert back.
